Admin and Human Resource Manager ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- To recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions including enhancement of recruitment process.
- To build HR into a strong function to support the organization’s needs and business direction.
- To ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- To handle & advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with local labour laws/Industrial relations act as well as Employment Act.
- To ensure compliance to all relevant internal and external governance, regulation and procedures.
- To develop policy & procedures and documented accordingly.
- To monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
- To plan and direct training for employees.
- To undertake other related jobs as requested by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Strong knowledge on various employment laws and practices is a must.
- Proficient in Industrial Relations and The Employment Act including prevailing human resource practices and legislation and able to provide sound professional advice.
- Hands on experience and resourceful in the recruitment and selection functions.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Shipping Manager ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- To oversee shipping activities for export and coordinate seamlessly with forwarders.
- To plan, establish work schedules, assignments, and logistics sequences to ensure transportation and distribution of finished goods are performed in an accurate, timely and cost effective manner.
- To arrange, prepare and compile shipping documentation required for export customers, including bill of lading and export paperwork.
- To routes outgoing shipments through various freight forwarders and schedule transportation of shipments.
- To work closely with internal departments especially Production, Store and Marketing to ensure on-time shipment and in accordance to the agreed schedule.
- To responsible for smooth and timely delivery of goods by meeting customers’ expectations.
- To select freight agents / forwarders / transporters and ensure cost effective operations at all times.
- To be the key liaison with Custom / MITI / MIDA on regulatory / exemption / duties and shipment clearance issues, ensure all relevant reports are correct and updated.
- To update management on the latest government’s policy related to logistic.
- To perform any others tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Assistant Manager - Finance ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- To develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- To assist in implementation of internal control processes to comply financial policies and regulations.
- To assist in establishing and updating policies, procedures and operating manuals, ensuring continuous improvement in work efficiency and processes.
- To analyze financial information to management, holding company and respective authorities.
- To liaise with company secretary, share registrar and other relevant parties on corporate finance matters.
- To liaise with internal auditor on annual audit plan.

Facility Manager ➤
Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of mechanical and electrical aspects. The Facility Manager oversees all aspects of the maintenance process,
from installation and upkeep to inspection and repairing. He is required to oversee a team of subordinates and report directly to General Manager
or others senior members of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To overall in-charge and lead Facility Department including assign duties and work orders to subordinates to ensure smooth running of departmental daily activities.
- To manage project including budgeting, manpower allocations and adherence to local authorities’ requirements.
- To inspect the facility and ensure it is in good conditions and adhere to local authorities’ requirement.
- To verify the spare parts needs, negotiate and order base on needs, to maintain the spare parts’ record and stock level.
- To liaise with related parties including contractor, subcontractor, vendors, etc to ensure completion of tasks assigned.
- To train staff according to best practices and evaluate staff performance for continuous improvement.
- To direct and plan for central services, eg: air-conditioner, cleaning, waste disposal and recyclable items.
- To prepare spacing plan and implement it for project as assigned, eg: purchase or re-locate of machines.
- To response to emergencies issues as and when required.

Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Production Manager ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- To ensure smooth running of production daily activities.
- To ensure implementation, monitor & control production schedule and ensure its efficiency.

- To coordinate matters related to equipment use, maintenance, modification and improvement activities.

Document Controller Cum Internal Auditor ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- To execute and organize Quality Management System (QMS) & process audit on regular basis and coordinate on improvement activities on any non-compliance issues.
- To coordinate and manage a team of QMS & process auditors to conduct Internal Audit as part of continuous assessment for the company's QMS improvement.
- To participate in review, develop, continuously improve and maintain the performance and effectiveness of company's QMS.
- To coordinate with internal department on all the customer / external audit requirement to ensure effective audit being carried out.
- To review monthly quality report and coordinate monthly quality review with production and follow up on the committed corrective action of Internal Corrective Action and Customer Complaint.
- To update, control & maintain all type of document registration, approval, distribution and obsolensces.
- To maintain a proper safe keeping on documentation changes.
- To ensure the documentation system is in control as per requirement and timely audit on documentation system of other department.
- To ensure and maintain good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork and coordination between all other departments in achieving the compliance of the company's Quality Policy & QMS.

Sales Administrator ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- To plan & strategize to achieve Monthly Sales Target as well as follow up Sales Enquiries.
- To ensures sales target are met and report any deviations.
- To manage assigned account efficiently & effectively by coordinating with inter-department / cross-department personnel, including production, logistic, R&D, warehouse, etc.
- To execute and monitor marketing strategies and activities to ensure sales growth, market share penetration, sustainability and profitability.

Accountant ➤
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles administration of corporate affairs function.
- Preparation and coordinate corporate meetings under statutory requirements including liason with company secretary and other corporate stakeholders.
- Liase with external parties such audit firm and investor relation.
- Update the latest development of government policies and procedures, MFRS, listing requirements, companies act and etc..
- To perform any others duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
